CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 pt. milk, scalded
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. melted butter

Soak bread in milk for 30 minutes. Mix sugar, cocoa, salt; add to beaten eggs, then add to bread mixture. Add vanilla, mix well. Pour into greased casserole and top with melted butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla sauce.
