MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE BREAD
PUDDING
 
3/4 c. milk
2 to 4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, finely chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 slice stale bread or toast, torn into sm. pieces

Mix together milk, sugar and chocolate. Cook, uncovered, at 100 percent for 2 minutes. Beat egg. Stir hot chocolate mix, then mix 4 tablespoons of the chocolate into the beaten egg. Pour the egg and chocolate mix back into the remaining chocolate and blend well. Add vanilla and bread and cook again for 2 minutes, uncovered at 100%. Cover and let rest until cool enough to eat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
