FRIED COUNTRY CABBAGE | |
Makes a great side dish to almost any main country course! 1 diced and washed green cabbage 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted salt and pepper, to taste 2 tbsp. sugar (or Splenda) 2 (15 oz. ea.) cans chicken broth 1 tsp. yellow mustard In a large skillet place melted butter and your diced and washed green cabbage. When the cabbage has begun to slightly brown after being turned a couple of times, add the remainder of the ingredients. Mix well and cover.
