KIELBASA & CABBAGE 
1/2 med. head cabbage (about 1 lb.)
1 lb. kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch slices
1 tsp. caraway seeds
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. commercial
Italian salad dressing

Shred cabbage into thin strips. Combine cabbage and remaining ingredients in a 4-quart casserole; toss gently. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape. Microwave at High 8 to 10 minutes or until cabbage is crisp-tender, stirring at 4 minute intervals. Drain. Yield 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
