CRUSTLESS QUICHE 
260 gr grated cheddar cheese
500 ml 2% milk
2 eggs plus 2 egg whites
125 ml flour
5 ml baking powder
3 ml salt
chopped onions, mushrooms, broccoli optional

Spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick coating. Blend other ingredients in blender for approximately one minute. Sauté chopped onions, mushrooms and chopped broccoli and put in pie plate. Pour egg mixture over vegetables.

Bake at 325°F for approx 45 minutes or until toothpick when inserted in the middle comes out clean.
