COUNTRY STYLE OVEN ROASTED PORK
RIBS
 
2 lb. country style pork ribs
1 tbsp. Nature's seasoning
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped

SAUCE:

1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. pork gravy mix (McCormick)
1/2 cup water

Season ribs with Nature's seasoning. Brown ribs in vegetable oil on medium high heat. Remove ribs and sauté onions in same oil. Transfer ribs and onions to 9x13-inch foil lined oven pan.

In a bowl mix soup, gravy mix and water. Pour over ribs. Cover pan with foil and bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
