ITALIAN MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Cut mushrooms into 1/8 inch slices. Mix mushrooms and lemon juice in large bowl. Stir in oil, green onion, 1/4 cup parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally at least 3 hours. Just before serving, remove to salad bowl. Sprinkle with paprika.
