1 pkg. chocolate chip cake mix
1/2 c. firm butter, cut into quarters
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 egg
Frosting chocolate fudge frosting

Lightly grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, butter, oats and egg at low speed just until crumbly. Press evenly into bottom of greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly browned. Cool and frost and cut into squares.
