3 c. red beet juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello raspberry or strawberry
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
4 c. sugar

Mix juice, Jello and Sure-Jell together, stir well and boil 6 minutes. Add 4 cups sugar. Let come to boil then boil 1 1/2 minutes. Pour in jars.
