ZUCCHINI JELLY 
3 c. peeled, grated zucchini
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 oz. strawberry or raspberry Jello
3 c. sugar
Paraffin

Bring zucchini and lemon juice to a rolling boil for 10 minutes. Add Jello and sugar and boil for 6 more minutes. Pour into jars. Add paraffin to seal.
