1 qt. bottled apple juice
1/2 env. strawberry flavor soft drink mix
1 box (1 3/4 oz.) powdered fruit pectin
4 1/4 c. sugar

Blend apple juice, drink mix, and pectin in large heavy saucepan. Stir over high heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Add the sugar all at once and blend thoroughly. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off foam. Pour into hot, sterilized glasses and seal with paraffin OR lids.
