VEGETABLES ROMANO 
3 med. zucchini, sliced
1 c. onion rings
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped tomato
Grated Romano cheese

Saute zucchini and onion in butter for 10 minutes. Add salt and tomato, continue cooking over low heat 5 minutes, sprinkle with cheese before serving.
