BEEF ROMANO 
2 c. cut up cooked beef
1 sm. onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Hot cooked spaghetti
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook and stir beef and onion in oil in 10 inch skillet until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 3 minutes. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese. 4 servings.
