GNOCHI ALA ROMANO 
1 qt. milk
1 c. grits
1/2 c. Parmesan
Dash of salt and pepper
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 1/2 cubes butter

Heat milk to boil. Add grits slowly and 3/4 butter. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Pour into flat dish. Cool. Cut into 1 inch pieces.

Stack pieces in casserole. Put grated Swiss on top. Then Parmesan. Rest of butter on top. Cook at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour or until golden.

Serves 6 to 8.
