1 1/4 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 16 oz. sour cream 3 tsp. anise extract 6 c. flour, sifted 4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda Pinch of salt Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Mix together with beater, 1 1/4 sticks butter, 2 cups sugar, 3 eggs, 16 ounce sour cream, 3 teaspoons anise extract. In a separate bowl sift together 3 cups flour, 4 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, pinch of salt. Then with beater slowly mix in with first mixer above. Once this is blended smoothly, by hand, slowly add in remaining 3 cups of sifted flour. Drop round teaspoon of batter on cookie sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Once cooled frost. FROSTING: 8 oz. cream cheese 3 tsp. butter 5 c. confectioners' sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 6 tsp. milk TOP: Coconut Sprinkles Walnuts, etc. |
