NORWEGIAN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. diced apples
1/2 c. nuts

Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix and add unbeaten egg, vanilla, apples, nuts and mix well. Mixture will be stiff. Spread evenly into a greased 8x9 inch pie pan. Bake 30-35 minutes, 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream.
