NORWEGIAN APPLE PIE 
2 c. apples, chopped
2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add dry ingredients. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour in greased 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
