SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE POTATOES 
6 medium potatoes (cooked, cooled and sliced)
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups sour cream
3/4 cup butter
1/3 cup onion (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
paprika

Wash and peel potatoes and slice (may use food processor). Mix and heat cheese, butter and onion in a skillet.

Let cool and add 1 1/4 cups sour cream. Mix potatoes and hot mixture together with paprika and salt.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
