NO COOK CHEESE FUDGE 
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
1/2 lb. soft cheese (process American or Velveeta)
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar (powdered)

Melt butter and cheese in microwave. Put sugar and cocoa in large mixing bowl. Add melted cheese-butter into sugar, beat until smooth. Can add nuts, if desired. Pour into three 8 x 8 inch pans. Chill to set. Can be frozen. Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
