3 env. plain gelatin
1 c. cold fruit juice
1 c. hot fruit juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can white (light) cherries, chopped & drained
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. whipping cream or lg. Cool Whip
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Dissolve gelatin in cold juice, add lemon juice to salt, add hot juice and pour over gelatin mixture. Chill until the mixture begins to thicken, add chopped cherries, pineapple and powdered sugar. Mix well, add nuts and fold in whipped cream (or Cool Whip). Chill. Pretty for Christmas time! Serves 8.
