ORANGE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins cooked for 1 min.

Mix all dry ingredients and stir. Add to add liquids, mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Ice with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
Milk, enough to cream icing

Mix well. Spread over cake.
