FRANK - `N NOODLES SUPPER 
1 #2 1/2 can (3 1/2 c.) tomatoes
1/2 c. water
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
6 frankfurters
2 tbsp. butter
4 oz. (3 1/2 c.) med. noodles
1/2 c. shredded sharp process American cheese

For sauce combine first 6 ingredients. Cut franks in thirds diagonally, brown in butter. Add the noodles. Pour sauce over, moistening all.

Cover, cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 25 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings. Suppers in the skillet. Just plain rolls and salad.
