CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER PIE | |
1 Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust (6 oz.) 1 - 8 oz. Softened Cream Cheese 3/4 cup Peanut Butter 1 cup Powdered Sugar (Sifted) 2 tbsp. Milk 1 tsp. Vanilla 2 tbsp. Powdered Sugar (Sifted) 3/4 cup Miniature Chocolate Chips 1 cup Whipping Cream Chill mixing bowl and beaters. Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add 1 Cup powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until combined. In the chilled mixing bowl, beat whipping cream and 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold about 1/3 of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Fold remaining whipped cream and chocolate chips into peanut butter mixture. Spoon into crust. Cover, let chill about 2 hours. |
