SOFT PRETZELS 
2 env. yeast
3 c. warm water
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
8 c. flour
Coarse salt
2 to 3 eggs, beaten

Soften yeast in water. Mix all ingredients into it (except salt and eggs) and knead. Roll and twist into shape. Lay on greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten eggs and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake in 450 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
