SCALLOPED CORN 
2 cups uncooked corn, scraped or cut from ear
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup minced, seeded peppers (with membrane removed) or chopped stuffed green olives
3/4 cup cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Place in a baking dish prepared as for a souffle baker. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake the corn for about 1/2 hour.
