LEMON TEA 
3 tsp. loose tea
1 c. sugar
Juice of 2 lemons (save rinds)
Water

Put into large bowl 3 teaspoons tea, 1 cup sugar, juice of 2 lemons (save rinds). Pour 1 quart boiling water over tea and cool. Add 1 quart cold water. Strain. Place in pitchers and add rinds. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Makes 2 quarts.
