HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, drained
1 (12 oz.) bag Dutch egg noodles
2 (8 oz. ea.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (for top)

Brown ground beef and cook the noodles according to package directions.

Mix tomato sauce (tomato soup can be substituted for a richer sauce), cream cheese, dairy sour cream, onions and green pepper. Layer the ingredients starting with half the sauce mixture, then following with the noodles, ground beef and finishing with the rest of the sauce.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, then cover the casserole with crushed Ritz crackers and bake 5 more minutes.
