GROUND BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
Celery
Onions
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Ragu with mushrooms
3/4 lb. thin noodles
1 med. can herbal tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ground oregano

Saute ground beef, onions and celery until done. Simmer with Ragu and tomato sauce 15 minutes. Cook noodles 5 minutes after starting to boil. Layer noodles, sauce and cheese. Leave 1 1/2 inches at the top. Be sure cheese is on the top. Bake at 325 about 45 minutes to an hour.
