TURKEY BREAKFAST SAUSAGE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk

Combine all ingredients; blend well. Form mixture into 8 patties. Brown patties on both sides until no longer pink.
