BREAKFAST, LUNCH, OR DINNER
SAUSAGE
 
BREAKFAST SAUSAGE:

1 pkg. of ground turkey
2 tbsp. sage
1 tsp. red crushed peppers (optional)
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp. salt

Combine the above ingredients in a large bowl. (When frying sausage use a small amount of cooking oil in pan).

FOR ITALIAN SAUSAGE:

Use the above ingredients along with 1 teaspoon of oregano and 1 teaspoon of fennel. This recipe can be used when making spaghetti or lasagna.

FOR LUNCH OR DINNER:

Using all of the ingredients for the breakfast sausage, make sausage into four patties, fry the patties as you would do hamburgers using a small amount of cooking oil in the frying pan. (Preheat oven to 350 degrees). Put patties into a baking pan and cover patties completely with your favorite BBQ sauce and bake in oven for about 45 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.

Flexible recipe. Cooks.com is my favourite source. I place a cooling rack on a cake tin and bake @ 350°F. for 11 minutes each side, then 2 minutes on broil. They turn too black when fried.

Excellent multi-meal recipe! I've tried this and it sure was good grazin. Little brother ate so much of it that when he tried to swaller nothin happened. That's when he had to step back from the feed trough and quit for the day.
