BAKED TATER DIP CHICKEN 
Chicken
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
Potato flakes
1/2 stick butter

Skin chicken parts. Beat 1 egg with 1 teaspoon water. Dip chicken in egg, salt, then dip in potato flakes. Melt 1/2 stick butter in 8"x13" pan. Place chicken in pan, bottom side up. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then turn chicken over and bake another 1/2 hour, uncovered.
