SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. honey
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. catsup
1 clove chopped garlic
1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. oregano

Heat olive oil; cook onions, garlic until tender. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 5 more minutes, this time more slowly.

MEAT BALLS: Add salt and pepper to ground meat (all beef). Make small meat balls and brown in oven on cookie sheet.
