SWEDISH MEATBALLS AND GRAVY 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, minced
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Shape into walnut size balls. Brown in 1/4 cup oil. Remove meat from fat and add: 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper

Stir in fat, mix well and add: 3/4 c. sour cream

Return meat to gravy for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
