SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. vinegar

Cook all these ingredients for 30 minutes. Mix:

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg
2 slices bread
Enough milk to soften
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
Garlic salt

Form into balls, roll in flour and brown in a small amount of shortening. Add to the sauce and simmer.
