CHILI CHEESE LOG 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp American cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of red pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika

Soften cheeses. Combine all ingredients. Stir in nuts last. Shape into roll about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Sprinkle with chili powder and paprika. Chill.
