BEEF CHEESE LOG 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayo
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped ripe olives
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. finely minced onion
1/2 c. finely chopped dried beef (in jar)

Soften cream cheese. In a large bowl, add mayo and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Add olives, parsley and onion. Chill until firm. On wax paper, shape into a 1 1/2-inch roll. Roll in dried beef. Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers.
