DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
2 to 3 scallions (green onions)
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 jar dried beef

About 1/2 hour prior to making your ball, remove cream cheese from refrigerator and soften. Chop onions and 1/2 jar of beef. With your hands, mix softened cream cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce and beef; when ingredients are well mixed, shape into a ball. Cut remaining dried beef into small pieces and place on cheese ball in layers and cover. Refrigerate before serving. Serve with crackers.
