8 oz. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, cut fine
1/4 c. diced green pepper (optional)
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped green olives or ripe olives
Garlic powder to taste
1/4 tsp. Beau Monde

Mix well. Can be shaped into a ball and rolled in mixed nuts or pecans.
