CHERRY STREUSEL BAR 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. chopped coconut

Mix together first 3 ingredients until fine particles are formed. Reserve 1 cup. Press the rest in the bottom of a 13"x9" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minuets or until light brown. Spread pie filling over crust. Combine coconut with reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over cherries. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
