CHICKEN CARNIVAL 
6 chicken breasts, cleaned & skinned
1 (18 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Place chicken in glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes, basting several times. Serve with rice. Serves 6.
