1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 lb. hamburger
1 qt. tomatoes, less 1/4 c. liquid
1/3 c. Karo (dark)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf

Brown above ingredients. Blend 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/4 cup of tomato liquid. Stir into meat mixture. Bring to boil and add 3 cups shell noodles, cooked. Pour into casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
