CHICKEN CARNIVAL 
1 chicken
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans chicken broth
1 med. can mixed vegetables, drained
2 cans refrigerated biscuits

Cook chicken slowly for 2 hours in 3 quarts water seasoned with salt, pepper and curry powder. Remove bones and skin from chicken; cut into bite-size pieces. Pour chicken soup and chicken broth into large baking dish. Add chicken and vegetables. Cover top completely with biscuits and bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until biscuits are well browned.
