COFFEE CARNIVAL 
2 c. brewed coffee
1/3 c. seedless raisins
2 tbsp. tapioca
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Combine and cook all ingredients, except whipping cream, in a double boiler until thick. Stir occasionally. Let stand until cool. Whip the cream, and fold into thickened mixture. Chill and serve. Excellent use for leftover coffee!
