FRUITED RICE 
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced green onions
2 c. sliced, cored & peeled apples
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. seedless raisins
3 tbsp. butter
3 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sesame seed

Saute carrots in butter until tender crisp, about 10 minutes. Add onions and apples. Cook 5 minutes longer. Stir in rice, salt, pepper and raisins. Cook, stirring constantly until rice is heated through. Add sesame seed and toss lightly. Good with pork chops, ham or poultry.
