CREAMY RICE FRUIT 
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. cooked rice, chilled
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 c. maraschino cherry halves
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) ctn. soft cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons syrup. Combine rice, pineapple, orange segments, cherries and nuts. Mix lightly. Combine reserved syrup, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Add to rice mixture, mix lightly. 6 servings.
