JEWISH LO MEIN 
1 c. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) fine noodles
1 c. minute rice
1 can (sm.) mushrooms, drained
1 can chicken soup
1/2 c. oil

Boil water. Add onion soup mix. Set aside. Cook rice. Brown noodles in very hot oil. Add rice, mushrooms and chicken soup. Low flame 15 minutes until soft, low flame.
