GON LO MEIN 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) ready to eat chow mein noodles
1/4 c. oyster sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 c. bean sprouts
1/3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrot
1/2 c. sliced green beans
2 green onions, chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. aji (optional)
1/4 lb. char siu, thinly sliced

Place noodles in a large, shallow casserole dish. Combine sesame oil and oyster sauce; stir into noodles. Add the remaining ingredients except the bean sprouts. Cover dish and cook in microwave oven 5 minutes. Stir; add the bean sprouts and cover again. Cook for another 2-2 1/2 minutes, or until bean sprouts are slightly wilted but crisp.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
