MARSHA'S BEST ROTEL DIP EVER! | |
1 (1 lb.) roll Jimmy Dean pork sausage (I use Hot) 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes with lime and cilantro 3 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 bag Fritos corn chips or scoops (for dipping!) Brown sausage in skillet; drain well. While sausage is browning, go ahead and put the cream cheese blocks and the Rotel into the Crock-Pot. When sausage is drained, add it to the cream cheese and Rotel. Turn the Crock-Pot to HIGH until the cheese is melted, stirring the ingredients occasionally. To serve, ladle into bowls and enjoy with the corn chips. Recipe can be amended; for larger crowds, try doubling the ingredients. Submitted by: Marsha Harrison |
