THE BEST ROTEL DIP EVER 
1 lb. roll hot sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes (I use with lime and cilantro)
3 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 bag Fritos or scoops

Brown sausage in skillet; drain well. While sausage is browning, go ahead and put the cream cheese blocks and Rotel into the Crock-Pot.

When sausage is drained, add it to the cream cheese and Rotel. Turn the Crock-Pot to high until the cheese is melted, stirring ingredients occasionally.

Ladle into bowls and enjoy with the corn chips.

Recipe can be amended; for larger crowds, try doubling the ingredients.
