KOSHER LO MEIN 
8 oz. very fine noodles
1 can condensed chicken broth
1 can water
1 env. onion soup mix
1 oz. sliced mushrooms
Sm. jar of pimento, cut pieces

In skillet large enough to hold, heat oil and add noodles - keep mixing until they are evenly golden browned. Add soup, water, and onion soup mix, stirring until well mixed. Lower heat and add mushrooms and pimento. Cover and allow to simmer until almost all liquid has evaporated.

(I uncover and stir once or twice to insure noodles are not burning or sticking to pan). Serve with any meat or poultry dish and watch those compliments!
